Terms and Conditions

1. Validity of Quotation

This quotation is valid for a period of [30] days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of products or services may change after this period.

2. Payment Terms & Ownership

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • A deposit of [50 %] or full payment may be required before work commences or goods are delivered.
  • All payments must be made in Euro. Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Ownership of all goods and equipment remains with AMK SmartNet IT Services LTD until full payment of the invoiced amount is received.
  • In the event of non-payment, AMK SmartNet IT Services LTD reserves the right to:
    • Reclaim supplied equipment through appropriate legal procedures;
    • Remotely deactivate or suspend access to installed systems, where technically feasible and legally permitted, until payment is completed.
  • By accepting this quotation, the customer agrees to such actions and waives any liability claims arising from temporary suspension.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to external factors. Delivery is considered complete upon handover of goods or services to the buyer or their authorized representative.

4. Taxes and Duties

All applicable VAT, customs duties, or other governmental fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

  • Products and services are covered by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers or suppliers.
  • AMK SmartNet IT Services LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of supplied goods.
  • This clause does not limit liability in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury caused by the seller.

6. Post-Installation Responsibility

Following installation and handover, AMK SmartNet IT Services LTD is not liable for any accidents, losses, damages, or equipment malfunctions. This includes (but is not limited to) incidents caused by theft, fire, electrical faults, power failure, internet outage, third-party interference, or improper use.

Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and security of all installed systems passes to the customer from the date of this invoice.

7. Cancellation and Amendments

Orders may only be canceled or modified with written notice. The seller reserves the right to charge for costs incurred prior to cancellation. Additional charges may apply for amendments.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all commercial, technical, and pricing details as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Remote Access & Device Control

For systems that allow remote control or configuration (e.g., alarms, smart devices), the customer acknowledges and agrees that AMK SmartNet IT Services LTD may retain temporary access for:

  • Warranty service or configuration support;
  • Remote disabling in the event of unpaid dues (as per Clause 2).
    All access will comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cyprus.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting this quotation or proceeding with the order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement does not affect any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
